Kellanova POP-TARTS BOWL SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Kellanova Pop-Tarts Bowl Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 30, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
2. SPONSOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kellanova, with a mailing address of 412 N. Wells St., Chicago, IL 60654 ("Sponsor"). Agency/Administrator is Harthill Marketing Services, 12 Abilene Drive, Coto de Caza, CA 92679, is administering the Sweepstakes on behalf of Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is hosted at participating Commissaries and AAFES Exchange store locations. The Defense Commissary Agency and Army & Air Force Exchange Service are not sponsors or administrators of the Sweepstakes and are not responsible for its administration or fulfillment.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to eligible authorized shoppers of the Commissary and AAFES Exchange store who are legal residents of the United States and who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and members of their households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter:
A. Purchase Method
During the Promotion Period, eligible shoppers may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each qualifying transaction containing at least three (3) participating products purchased at a Commissary or Exchange location. After completing a qualifying purchase, entrants must submit the required entry information and a copy of their qualifying receipt through the designated online entry form at www.fallfootballsweeps.com Each qualifying transaction containing three (3) participating products constitutes one (1) entry. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, purchasing six (6) participating products in a single transaction does not constitute two (2) entries. Each separate qualifying transaction containing at least three (3) participating products constitutes one (1) entry. Receipts must be legible and clearly show the purchase date, participating products, and qualifying transaction information. Receipts may be submitted only once and may not be reused for multiple entries.
B. No-Purchase Method of Entry
To enter without making a purchase, visit www.fallfootballsweeps.com during the Promotion Period and follow the online instructions to complete and submit the required entry information. Limit one (1) no-purchase entry per person. A purchase is not required to enter or win, and making a purchase will not increase an entrant's odds of winning. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 30, 2026. Automated, robotic, programmed, or similar means of entry are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS
Participating products are those products specifically identified in the Sweepstakes promotional materials and/or on the official Sweepstakes website. Participating products include: Cheez-It, Pringles, Town House, Club, and Pop Tarts - All sizes, all varieties. Sponsor reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a product qualifies as a participating product.
6. LIMITS ON ENTRIES
There is no maximum number of purchase-method entries an eligible entrant may receive during the Promotion Period, provided each entry is based on a separate qualifying transaction containing at least three (3) participating products and all entry requirements are satisfied. No-purchase entries are limited to one (1) per person. Entries received in excess of the stated limits, or entries that are incomplete, illegible, altered, forged, duplicated, or submitted through unauthorized means, will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
7. RANDOM DRAWING
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted on or about October 1, 2026 by Sponsor or an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release, and any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor within the time period specified by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time period, fails to return required documentation, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected in a subsequent random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
9. GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize: A travel prize with a maximum value of $5,000 intended to help the winner and one (1) guest attend the Pop-Tarts Bowl in Orlando, Florida. The Grand Prize may be awarded in the form of a prepaid Visa® gift card, cash equivalent, check, electronic payment, or other payment method determined by Sponsor, with a maximum total prize value of $5,000. The prize is intended to cover travel-related expenses associated with attending the Pop-Tarts Bowl, which may include, but are not limited to: ● Roundtrip airfare for the winner and one (1) guest; ● Hotel accommodations; ● Pop-Tarts Bowl tickets for the winner and one (1) guest; ● Ground transportation; ● Meals; and/or ● Other incidental travel expenses. The winner is solely responsible for determining how to use the $5,000 prize and for making all travel, hotel, ticket, and other arrangements. The Sponsor does not guarantee that the $5,000 prize will cover the winner's total travel expenses. Any expenses exceeding the $5,000 maximum prize value are solely the responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for fluctuations in airfare, hotel rates, ticket prices, taxes, fees, travel restrictions, cancellations, delays, or any other costs associated with the winner's travel. The winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining any required identification, documentation, insurance, or other items necessary for travel. The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $5,000. No difference between the actual value of the prize and the stated ARV will be awarded.The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned, or assigned. No substitution or exchange of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
10. GUEST REQUIREMENTS
The Grand Prize winner may select one (1) guest to accompany the winner on the trip. The guest must be at least 18 years of age, unless the winner is the guest's parent or legal guardian and the applicable travel provider permits otherwise. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the guest has all necessary documentation and meets all applicable travel requirements. The winner and guest are responsible for complying with all applicable airline, hotel, venue, and travel-provider terms and conditions.
11. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other expenses or costs associated with acceptance or use of the Grand Prize that are not expressly stated as being provided by Sponsor, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number or other taxpayer identification information and complete applicable tax documentation as a condition of receiving the prize. Sponsor may issue the winner an applicable tax form reporting the value of the prize as required by law.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, provides inaccurate information, or otherwise attempts to interfere with the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may conduct the random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.
13. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, DeCA, AAFES, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or otherwise invalid entries; lost or unavailable network connections; technical failures; website errors; computer or system malfunctions; unauthorized intervention; or other problems that may interfere with the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes.
14. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, and city/state of residence for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

15. PRIVACY
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, available at www.fallfootballsweeps.com.
16. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, all disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of law principles. Any legal proceedings relating to the Sweepstakes shall take place in the applicable courts located in Orange County, California.
17. WINNER'S LIST
To obtain the name of the Grand Prize winner, send an email titled Pop Tarts Bowl Sweepstakes Winner to commissaryrewardinquiry.com. Requests must be received within the applicable time period specified above. Also, if the winner requests that his name and likeness remain private, said request will be declined.
